Individualized programs that fit your needs.

Your will, our way.

Exercise therapy is a regimen or plan of physical activities designed and prescribed for specific therapeutic goals. Its purpose is to restore normal musculoskeletal function or to reduce pain caused by diseases or injuries through neuro reeducation and therapeutic activities.  It is highly repetitive and intensive in nature, requiring time and dedication on the part of the client to encourage neuroplasticity.  The concept of “task-specific learning” based on neuroplasticity suggests that activities of daily living may be trained and improved through continuous repetition in neurological conditions.

We offer one-on-one exercise based recovery therapy, arm and leg cycling, electro stimulation and a comprehensive gait training program.  Click on the links above to learn more about each.
