Laughter lightens your burdens, inspires hope, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused and alert. With so much power to heal and renew, the ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for enhancing relationships and supporting both physical and emotional health. Deep breathing exercises and guided meditation enhance your experience.
Come laugh like you have never laughed before! No experience or equipment necessary. Please dress in loose clothing that you can move around in. For individuals with Brain Injury and caregivers.
