It’s no secret… being someone’s caregiver can be stressful, hard and overwhelming. There’s a lot on your plate, not to mention your own responsibilities. You will be a much better caregiver when you also take care of yourself!
Come discover how laughter generates joy, alleviates stress, anxiety and depression, and improves your mood in times of adversity. We combine deep breathing and laughter exercise that bring increased oxygen and happy endorphin’s to your brain and body. No experience or equipment necessary.
